A hunched back, varicose veins, red eyes and a protruding stomach are some of the long-term consequences of office work, according to the creators of a terrifying new life-sized doll.

The doll - named Emma - was created to show what office workers would look like in two decades' time unless "radical changes" to the workplace are made.
Her hunched back and red eyes are from spending too long staring at a screen, and her protruding stomach a result of her sedentary lifestyle.
Emma is the creation of behaviour futurist William Higham.
Higham's report The Work Colleague Of The Future says if office workers don't change their work behaviour now, they will end up looking just like Emma.
Half of UK office workers interviewed for the report are already suffering from sore eyes, 49 percent from sore backs and 48 percent from headaches as a direct result of their working conditions.
Higham says he created Emma to bring about change.
"Unless we make radical changes to our working lives, such as moving more, addressing our posture at our desks, taking regular walking breaks or considering improving our work station set up, our offices are going to make us very sick."
