We've just come out of the first weekend of freedom since lockdown.
So was it all takeaways, sleep ins and very little exercise?
While it feels fantastic to welcome back some old favourites, we shouldn't forget the good parts about level three and four that made us feel a bit better… Home cooking and daily walks to name a couple… So is there anyway we can keep those habits in check?
