How to establish a good sleep routine

Airlines, hospitals, essential services, transport companies and the media have always required night-shift workers, and with more businesses going global and working around the clock, night-shift jobs are increasing.

There's no doubt working during the standard sleep hours can take a toll on our routines, let alone our bodies, so what can we do to create healthy habits if we fall into the shift worker category?
