Many parents know the struggle of trying to keep kids fed and happy with delicious - but also cost-effective - snack and lunchbox ideas.

One Aussie home cook is here to help with her TikTok channel full of easy and delicious recipes, perfect for feeding groups of hungry children.

TikTokker 'Jen' has gone viral for one of her recent videos showing her unbelievably simple recipe for bacon and cheese rolls - which only requires four ingredients.

She tells bakery chain Baker's Delight to "eat your heart out" in the clip which shows her whipping together the rolls, using Greek yoghurt, self-raising flour, cheese ad chopped bacon bits.

"You can add herbs, species, EBBS (everything but the bagel seasoning), whatever you want," she adds.

Jen mixes the flour and yoghurt and rolls the dough on a floured surface before splitting into four balls and grouping them together on an oven tray.

She then adds the grated cheese and chopped bacon on top.

"Don't they look cute?!" she exclaims, before popping them in the oven.

She then pulls them out of the oven where they look golden brown, fluffy, hot and pretty damn delicious.

The video has racked up over 600,000 views from home cooks keen to try the easy recipe, which looks like a winner for lunchboxes and after-school snacks.

"I'm definitely doing this," one person commented.

"My favourite dough - can make so many things with it," another commented.

Others suggested making vegemite scrolls or pizza bread with the dough.

The full recipe is as follows:
