Food for good: How Countdown is supporting Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental health and wellbeing affects all Kiwis and looking after ourselves is very important, which is exactly why Countdown wants to get behind the cause.

It's Mental Health Awareness week (MHAW) and Countdown Supermarkets is kicking off a month-long fundraising drive in stores around Aotearoa to "give Kiwis' mental health a little boost". It also includes a $100,000 donation to the Mental Health Foundation.

Countdown Corporate Affairs General Manager Kiri Hannifin explains what Countdown is doing during MHAW to help support Kiwis' mental health and wellbeing.
