For white colour options, Amy says that "Alabaster is everyone's go-to when going for a warmer white, and Black White for a slightly cooler white".
When looking to change an atmosphere, Amy suggests going for bolder colours "whether you're using a warmer palette to brighten things up or using a cooler colour to create a Zen space".
The most popular stronger colours are blue and green palettes, "you see a lot of sage and ocean blue coming through" she says.
