Nick Cannon has revealed he'd be open to fathering his 13th child with none other than Taylor Swift, claiming he and the singer would "understand each other" due to their dating histories.

Mere days after Swift, 33, broke up with her boyfriend of six years Joe Alwyn, Cannon, 42, seemingly decided to shoot his shot with the 'Anti-Hero' songstress.

During an appearance on the Howard Stern Show on Monday (local time), Cannon - who has had 12 children with six different partners - revealed the one woman he'd love to share a child with.

Asked to reveal who he'd have a child with if he could, Cannon - who initially refused to answer the question - soon admitted his admiration for Swift after further prodding by Stern.

"Absolutely. I'm in. Let's go," he responded after Stern, 69, floated the singer's name. "That's the one. That... I'm all in."

When Stern's co-host, Robin Quivers, asked Cannon to describe why he believed Swift would make a great mother, he couldn't help but gush over the hitmaker.

"First of all, she's an amazing songwriter and what I do love about Taylor Swift is the fact that she has been so open and vulnerable with all of her music since she was a young girl.

"And, she's kinda like me. Me and Taylor's numbers are very similar when we're talking about being out here in these streets," he joked, referring to their well-documented dating histories.

"I think she would relate to me very well, based [on] like... yo, you've dated a lot of people in the public eye, so have I, so we probably would really understand each other."

Stern noted that the singer had reportedly called it quits with Alwyn, to which Cannon replied: "You know that I know that, Howard. You know my Spidey senses was tingling."

And Stern appeared to support the proposed coupling, calling it "fantastic".

"Me too. I think that would be amazing," Cannon admitted.

Elsewhere in the interview, The Masked Singer host touched on whether he had officially shut up shop after welcoming his 12th child, daughter Halo Marie, in late December.

"Every time I answer this question I can never answer it correctly because I don't know… I'm happy now with the dozen that I got."

Cannon shares 11-year-old fraternal twins Monroe and Moroccan with Mariah Carey, who he was married to from 2008 to 2014.

He has three children with model Brittany Bell: son Golden Sagon, six; daughter Powerful Queen, two; and son Rise Messiah, six months.

With Abby de la Rosa, Cannon is father to 21-month-old twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir, and a four-month-old daughter, Beautiful Zeppelin.

He also shares son Legendary Love, nine months, with Bre Tiesi; daughter Onyx Ice, six months, with LaNisha Cole; and daughter Halo Marie, three months, with Alyssa Scott.

His son Zen, also with Alyssa Scott, died aged just five months in December 2021 from brain cancer.

"I don't give myself that [guideline]. What they [the mother of his children] need, they get it. There's never been something that one of the mothers of my children has asked for and they didn't receive," he recently said.
