Retired professional athletes Richie and Gemma McCaw have welcomed their third child, Ella Mae McCaw.
Gemma introduced her new daughter to the world via Instagram, sharing a photo of Ella being held by the former All Blacks captain.
"She was born 3.4.23, weighing 7lb 10 oz," Gemma revealed.
She said she and Richie are "enjoying these precious moments as a family of five".
The news has been met with congratulatory messages, with Richie's former teammate Dan Carter writing, "Congrats guys".
The couple had announced they were expecting a third child in September.
