Kourtney Kardashian has candidly revealed she wept for two days straight while on the road with her rockstar husband, Travis Barker.

For the past couple of weeks, the 44-year-old has been travelling with Barker and his band Blink-182, who embarked on a world tour earlier this month.

But despite documenting the highs of life on the road, Kardashian says she's had to sacrifice spending time with her three children. Opening up to her 221 million Instagram followers over the weekend, she admitted that living the life of a rock'n'roll wife has its drawbacks - primarily being away from Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, eight, for an extended period of time.

She said the past 10 days had marked the longest she'd ever been away from her children, who she shares with former partner Scott Disick.

"Haven't seen my babies in 10 days, the longest I haven't seen them ever," Kourtney wrote on an Instagram Story.

She added that although she "cried for the past two days", she would "finally get to squeeze them" tomorrow - referring to the two-week break Blink-182 is currently taking before they resume their world tour.

On her Instagram Story on Tuesday (local time), Kardashian commemorated her return to her home in Calabasas, California, with an Instagram Story that read: "There's no place like home."

Kardashian has yet to mention if she'll rejoin Barker on the road when touring resumes.

On Monday, Kardashian shared a carousel of images to her Instagram that gave her fans a glimpse behind the curtain of life-on-tour, captioning the snaps: "Remember Coachella? I've had some time on the tour bus."

Both Reign and Penelope were featured the pics, showing they had enjoyed some time on the road with their mother and stepfather before the 10-day gap.
