Air New Zealand has dramatically dropped prices for Boxing Day on both domestic and international flights.
The airline is offering domestic flights for only $19 each way, or $38 return, on its Grabaseat website.
For the more internationally-inclined, the price of overseas flights has also plunged, with flights to Los Angeles, San Francisco and Buenos Aires for $800 return.
Many of the domestic deals sold out in minutes with eager travellers snapping up the flights mostly offered around March and April.
The international deals are still on offer, but you need to be willing to travel around January and February 2018 for some and May 2018 for others.
Emirates has also released 2018 deals, offering economy flights between January to March 2018 ranging from just under $500 to nearly $2000.
The cheapest flight is $469 return to Brisbane, Australia and the most expensive is $1759 return to Zagreb, Croatia.
