It's been 125 years since women were given the right to vote in New Zealand and boy have we come a long way.
Despite this, the number of women in leadership is still low compared to men.
To counter this, Kiwi businesswoman Theresa Gattung has launched a new initiative to encourage female business owners, called SheEO.
