Three sections in Auckland could be combined to fetch a whopping $13.2 million if a buyer chooses to scoop up all three.

The owners are offering to sell the Takapuna properties together or separately.
The existing homes on the site include a five-bedroom family home, a "character" weatherboard home, and two brick and tile units, an overview of the properties on One Roof says.
It's understood there has been interest in developing the site of the three properties, dubbed a 'Golden Coastal Opportunity Like No Other', into new townhouses.
Two of the properties were last valued at over $4 million while the third property was last valued at $1.9 million.
