Lotto results: Strike hit, first division split

Five mums might soon be getting behind the wheels of brand new BMWs.

Saturday night's Lotto draw included a special Mother's Day promotion to give away the cars, which will be parked in driveways in Papakura, St Lukes, Foxton, Pukekohe and Half Moon Bay.

A few more might be able to buy their own after taking home $333,333 each by winning first division. Those tickets were sold in Auckland and online.

Powerball wasn't struck though, so will jackpot to $7 million on Wednesday.

Strike Four was hit by a player in New Plymouth, who's now $600,000 richer. The winning ticket was sold at New World Merrilands.

The winning numbers were 2, 3, 16, 19, 20 and 39. The Powerball was 3, the Bonus ball 32. Strike was 3, 39, 20 and 16.
