ANZ New Zealand chairman Sir John Key is holding a press conference after the bank's chief executive David Hisco stepped down, following an internal review of his personal expenses
In a statement, ANZ said its board had concerns "about the characterisation of certain transactions following an internal review of personal expenses".
Sir John said he was "disappointed David is leaving ANZ under such circumstances after such a long career".
