Kiwis will get another chance to claim Lotto's Powerball after it wasn't struck on Saturday evening, with it rolling over to $17 million.

But it wasn't all doom and gloom, with one Aucklander walking away $1 million richer from Lotto's First Division draw on Saturday.

The winning ticket was sold on MyLotto to a player from Auckland, Lotto said in a statement.

Strike Four was also rolled over and will be $500,000 on Wednesday night.

There were also fourteen players on cloud nine after each winning $22,550 with Lotto Second Division on Saturday night.

The winning tickets were sold from Northland, Auckland, Thames, Palmerston North, Wellington, Upper Hutt, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Lotto is encouraging those with tickets from the listed stores to check their ticket "as soon as possible".
