Lotto: Canterbury player wins $1 million, 10 others claim $24,000 – where winning tickets were sold

A Canterbury Lotto player has had a nice boost to their bank account after winning $1 million with First Division on Saturday.  

The winning ticket was sold on MyLotto to a player from Canterbury.  

The winning numbers were 12, 15, 22, 24, 34 and 36. The bonus ball was 23 and powerball was 5. 

Powerball was not struck on Saturday evening and has rolled over to Wednesday night, where the jackpot will be $6 million. Strike Four has also rolled over and will be $500,000.  

Meanwhile, 10 lucky Lotto players will be feeling fantastic after each winning $24,441 with Second Division on Saturday night.  

The winning Second Division tickets were sold at stores in Auckland, Huntly, Bay of Plenty, Napier, Porirua, Wellington, Christchurch and Canterbury.

"Anyone who bought their ticket from on MyLotto should check their ticket as soon as possible on MyLotto, or through the MyLotto App," a Lotto NZ spokesperson said.
