Recipe: Shepherd Elliott's crackers



Dry out the bread - put it into an oven at a low heat, until the bread has dried out.

Then blend it in food processor, and put through a sieve to get fine breadcrumbs.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Cover and let it sit for at least an hour until it has dried. You can leave it to sit overnight, in the fridge.

Take it out and knead to combine into a ball, then cut it into 4 pieces on a floured surface.

Roll a piece into the thickness of a cracker.

Put it on a tray, lined with baking paper.

You can cut the dough into little cracker shapes now, or leave it whole.

Put it into the oven at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.

It will harden as it cools.
