Three children are among seven injured in a serious crash in Papatoetoe this morning.
The incident occurred around 10 am at the intersection between Avis Ave and Allenby Rd, The New Zealand Herald reports.
When emergency services arrived at the scene, multiple people were trapped in their vehicles and all seven people were transferred to Middlemore Hospital.
Three people are in a serious condition, while four have moderate injuries.
The crash is being investigated by Serious Crash Unit.
