Motorists heading into Palmerston North are being warned to expect delays, after a person was struck by a train this morning.
The incident occurred on Railway Rd in Bunnythorpe.
Senior Sergeant David Burmeister says it's caused significant delays.
Traffic is being diverted through Roberts Line.
