A child is in critical condition after being hit by a people-mover in Manukau, south Auckland.
The incident on Hollyford Dr happened around midday, and a two-year-old boy was taken to Middlemore Hospital's Kidz First before being transferred to Starship Hospital.
A scene examination is underway and the driver of the car is assisting police.
