The executor of Jonah Lomu's will is looking into why the rugby star's wife made changes to the ownership of his company.
Companies Office records show Nadene Lomu became a director of the company Stylez Limited, which owns a Wellington apartment and rights to Lomu’s name.
Lomu owned 100 percent of the company but records show Nadene made many changes to her shareholding, and listed herself as a director almost two months after his death.
Chris Darlow, the executor of Lomu's will, told 3 News he's surprised by the changes and his enquiries are continuing.
Nadene Lomu has not returned calls from 3 News.
