You would have seen the coverage of the very nasty accident which happened on Castle St in Dunedin.
The balcony collapsed during a Six60 concert and seriously injured a number of students.
You also may have seen some of the media reaction blaming the students suggesting they were drunk or that they were jumping on the platform which made it collapse.
This reaction has plenty of the students in the city angry and they feel it is another in a long list of stereotypes.
