A man has died following a car crash in the Bay of Plenty tonight.
Two cars collided on Broadlands Rd, north of Taupo, at around 9:40pm this evening.
One man died at the scene and two other people were seriously injured.
Diversions are in place and Broadlands Rd has been closed from View Rd to Ohaaki Rd.
The Fire Service, the Serious Crash Squad, and police photographers remain at the scene.
