Mucking in: The school camp bucking the trend

With new health and safety laws coming into force, schools are nervous about letting kids climb trees and swing on the jungle gym.

But Stella Maris Catholic School in Silverdale is running a school camp with a difference. There's a lot of mud, no rules, and the dads in particular are encouraged to muck in with the kids.

Parent Grant Hand says watching the kids' confidence grow has been awesome.

Organiser Simon Purvis says they might get a few scratches and bruises, but the weekend will be filled with memories the kids will never forget.
