A 60-year-old man has died after being shot in the Canterbury suburb of Lincoln on Monday afternoon.
An ambulance was called, but despite first-aid being administered the man could not be saved.
An investigation has now been launched into his death.
Police says no one else is being sought in relation to the incident.
