A man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Napier could have injuries to his face as a result of the incident.
Police want help in identifying the man following the attack just after 3am at Park Island in Napier on June 19.
The woman described her attacker as being of Indian descent.
He may also have facial injuries, particularly around his nose as a result of the victim trying to defend herself.
