Competition has become so fierce that one travel agency is offering free flights if it can't beat a competitor's price.

17-year-old Sapphire Turner and her cousin have been saving all year for their trip to the Big Apple - and being dollar conscious, they decided to shop around.
But after trying to trigger the free flights deal when the agency did not get back to them with its beating offer, they found themselves in a David vs Goliath battle.
