Friday 29 July was Global Tiger Day and at the Auckland Zoo, and one mischievous stripey big cat celebrated with a new toy - a GoPro camera.
Eighteen-year-old Sumatran tiger Molek discovered the expensive electronic item, and played for a few hours before the zoo's carnivore team could safely recover it.
Fortunately, despite a few chew marks, the camera was fine - and managed to capture some amazing footage of the endangered species member enjoying herself.
