Internet mogul Kim Dotcom's former mansion in Coatsville has been sold, after spending four months on the market.
The 12-bedroom house had a rateable value of $23.55 million in 2014. It was listed for sale earlier this year, under sale by tender.
Barfoot & Thompson would not provide details on the buyer or purchase price due to a confidentiality agreement, but said the mansion attracted international interest.
The sprawling home features a tennis court, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, water features and manicured parkland, on a 22-hectare section.
The mansion was the site of the controversial 2012 police raids on Mr Dotcom. The home had been rented by Mr Dotcom, but he has been living in central Auckland since 2015.
Mr Dotcom is currently fighting extradition to the US on internet piracy charges.
