A Dunedin bus is stuck fast on the hills in North East Valley.
Police and a tow truck are at Buccleuch Street with the bottom of the Ritchies passenger bus jammed hard to the ground against a barricade at a hair-pin turn. No passengers were on board at the time.
The tow truck tried to free it by pulling the bus forward, but to no avail.
