Kiwi marathon runner fast enough for Olympics but not NZ

If you saw a man running a marathon in a Spider-Man suit, you would assume it was a joke right?

Paul Martelletti is fast enough by international standards to be running the marathon in Rio - but he's not.

Mr Martelletti has tried fighting his case with Athletics New Zealand and through the sports tribunal but to no avail.

Story caught up with 'Palmy Paul' who now lives in London.
