Waikato's armed offenders squad has found a secret meth lab after an early morning raid in Hamilton.
Armed police stormed the property on Forest Lake Rd at about 6am on Thursday.
They found a clandestine lab and a cannabis growing room.
Police are carrying out enquiries at the scene, and three people are talking with police.
The investigation will continue throughout the day.
