All lanes have now reopened following an earlier truck crash on Auckland’s Southwestern Motorway causing traffic chaos.
The crash happened around 6:45am near Lambie Drive.
Traffic is at a standstill heading towards Auckland airport, particularly around the Manukau area.
NZTA says delays should be expected.
A crash southbound on the Southern Motorway has also been cleared but traffic remains heavy through Newmarket and Greenlane.
