Police have busted a "substantial" cannabis growing operation in Blenheim, and body armour and firearms were also uncovered at the scene.
Several firearms including a sawn-off shotgun, a semi-automatic and a pistol were seized along with several thousand of rounds of ammunition.

A 50-year-old man, who doesn't have a firearms licence, was arrested and will appear in court on Monday.
Police say the discovery was made during a routine property check on Tuesday.
