Last night we looked at mobile phones and devices, and a drive by mental health promoters in Christchurch to get people to step away from the screen and take a digital detox.
We featured a clip from a British TV commercial, where young children were so engrossed in their digital devices they didn't notice a whole new family joining them at the dinner table.
We wanted to put that scenario to the test here in New Zealand to find out if Kiwi kids are just as glued to their devices?
Would a child notice a stranger in their house just metres away from them?
