You may remember Nigel who was diagnosed with melanoma in January.
He was told he'd have to pay $150,000 for the Keytruda drug but was then given a lifeline in the form of a drug trial.
But, there was a catch - seven months on from his first infusion, he still doesn't know whether he has been given Keytruda or a placebo.
