Who's judging our judges?

We know about the case of Wellington rugby player Losi Filipo but what about the judge?

It seems we have questioned quite a few decisions by judges recently.

Judge Bruce Davidson in the Filipo case, and Judge Kevin Phillips for giving a rich-lister's son, Nikolas Delegat, what some considered a light sentence.

There are 210 district and high court judges in NZ who are paid between $329,000 and $514,000 each year and they have to retire at 70-years-old.

Judges can only be fired for very bad behaviour and if you have an issue, you complain to the judicial conduct panel. They can't be fired for what you think are bad decisions.
