A teenage girl has been killed after a quad bike crash in Taharoa, near the North Island town of Kawhia.
The accident happened on a private road at around 6:45pm on Sunday.
A second person on the quad bike was flown to Waikato Hospital with serious injuries.
The Serious Crash Unit is investigating.
