Following the February 2011 earthquake in Christchurch, the support from around the country was overwhelming.
Groceries, baking and fresh fruit were sent to the worst-hit areas.
Now Christchurch woman Sandy Galland is returning the favour, cooking up a storm for those hit hard by the Kaikōura earthquake. She remembers the goodwill and good food and supplies that flooded into Christchurch from around New Zealand.
