One person has died in a car crash near Matamata, Waikato, on Tuesday morning.
Four people were in the car when it crashed on Maiseys Rd, Waharoa, one of whom also sustained moderate injuries, police say.
Police arrived at the scene at around 10am and have closed the road.
The serious crash unit is investigating.
