Wellington Police have uncovered more than $50,000 worth of watches and jewellery during a search warrant for drugs.
They have released photos of the items in a bid to return the items to their rightful owners.
Detective Sergeant Shane Dye said many of the recovered pieces appear to be irreplaceable heirlooms.
"I’m sure there’s a number of people who will be relieved to be reunited with their property," he said.
