Chemical explosion at Westlake Boys

Westlake Boys High School on Auckland's North Shore has been evacuated after a chemical explosion in one of the school labs.  The Fire Service says the chemical liquid bromine blew up at around 2:15pm, but there have been no reports of injuries.  Fire crews remain at the scene, and the area is being processed by hazardous material specialists in chemical splash suits.
