The extent of damage to the Christchurch Adventure Park has been seen for the first time since the February Port Hills fires partially destroyed the grounds.
At the height of the fire, flames forced the evacuation of the entire park as the blaze raced down the valley, threatening the main village.
The fire service was able to save the main village, however substantial damaged has been caused to the park's 18 mountain biking racks and four ziplines.
More than 3000 hectares of land were destroyed when the Port Hills fire raged near Christchurch in February.
