The Niuean teen who survived WWI

As the country prepares to mark Anzac Day, we bring you the latest in our series of Great War stories, marking the centennial of WWI. 

Tonight we focus on a group of Niueans who sailed off to New Zealand to begin training for a war they knew nothing about.  

Falaoa was a 19-year-old who survived but his family knew nothing of his war service, until a Wellington teacher delved into the history.
