Police say they had to abandon a pursuit after they caught a man masturbating in his car on Friday morning.
Members of the public spotted the man on Dyers Pass Rd at around 7am.
They say the man drove off when police responded however they were able to get a good description of the offender and of the car.
Police say enquiries are on-going and would not give any further information.
