New study finds stress linked to increased risk of death in heart patients

New research has found mental stress to be significantly linked to deaths in heart patients.

A study, carried out over four years, found that heart patients suffering from persistent moderate distress over the same time were nearly four times as likely to die from their disease.

Lead author of this study, Professor Ralph Stewart spoke to Duncan Garner.
