Hayden Cox is an accidental entrepreneur.
He had a broken surfboard, so he fixed it - and 10 years later he's developed world-leading surf technology and his designs have won 'surfboard of the year' three times.
Cox is in Auckland to talk to the Semi-Permanent conference this weekend and he spoke to Duncan Garner.
