Alleged Morrinsville shooter Rollie Heke has pleaded not guilty to all his charges - including three counts of attempted murder.
The 37-year-old was arrested in the Kaingaroa Forest township last month following a two-week long manhunt. It's alleged he'd shot at officers with a semi-automatic rifle.
He was taken into custody without incident after armed police surrounded a property.

Five others have also been also been charged over the case - including a man and three women charged with being an accessory after the fact.
All have pleaded not guilty.
Heke appeared in Rotorua High Court this morning via video link, alongside one of the other defendants.
Wednesday's appearance comes days after Heke was sentenced to five years and five months in prison for importing methamphetamine.
During sentencing on those charges at the High Court at Wellington, Justice Karen Clark outlined Heke's drug importation and distribution from prison, which was broken up by a police operation.
Heke had been on the run since cutting off his electronic bracelet last year.
A trial for the fresh charges has been set down for October 2018 in Hamilton.
