Whangarei Police located two 10-year-old girls safe and healthy on Friday afternoon after they went missing in Northland.
Police were looking for the two girls who went missing from their school.
It is believed the girls walked out of Totara Grove School in Kamo at about 1.45pm, they were last seen on Corks Rd heading towards Paramount Parade.
Cassandra is described as tall, approximately 5ft, slim, and has brown eyes and long brown hair tied in a ponytail.
She was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, black tights, black ankle boots and a long green necklace.
Chantelle is approximately 4ft tall, she has very red hair, freckles and blue eyes, she is considered small for her age.
Neither of the girls had their school bags with them
The behaviour is unusual for both girls, police and family members are concerned for their welfare.
