An elderly man has died after a serious crash at North Shore Hospital on Monday afternoon.
Police are currently at the scene of the accident on Shea Tce, Takapuna, where a car crashed into a tree around 12:45pm, on the hospital grounds.
The man received CPR at the scene, but could not be saved.
The serious crash unit is investigating the cause of the crash.
